Selling your items with The Dress Connection Agency is simple. We ask you complete our booking in drop off list, and ask you to confirm that you understand and accept the following terms and conditions.

We only accept immaculate, freshly laundered pristine and ready to wear condition items.
Although we offer a broad spectrum, we like to offer our customers seasonally appropriate items ideally no more than 3 years old with the exception of the vintage trend and the sought after high end luxury brands.
As a general guideline we will not take in most fast fashion and high street brands.
Please do not be offended if we refuse to take an item. With experience comes knowledge of what is currently selling.
A general rule of thumb is "gorgeous, on trend and in perfect condition".
Please note we only take in items by appointment or local collection - please call to arrange an appointment/collection.
We only accept authentic genuine brands.We do not under any circumstances accept counterfeit goods and ask that you please bring any provenance you have as proof of ownership. We are happy to accept receipts, authenticity cards/tags and proof of purchase.
Please ensure your items are genuine, If we are unsure then we will not accept them.
